Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students on study-abroad opportunities, universities, and programs
- Understand student goals and recommend suitable options
- Manage student enquiries and follow-ups
- Convert qualified leads into successful applications
- Build solid relationships with students and parents
- Achieve counselling and conversion targets

Candidate Profile

- 2–4 years of experience in study-abroad counselling, student recruitment, or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong counselling, persuasion, and conversion abilities
- Target-oriented and confident in handling students and parents
- Knowledge of international education destinations and admission processes
