SPM Study Abroad is looking for energetic and career-focused candidates to join our Madurai team as a Student Counsellor – Study Abroad.

? Location: Madurai

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? Experience: 1+ Year Preferred

✨ Freshers with Good English Communication Skills Can Also Apply

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel students interested in studying abroad
- Understand students’ academic background and career goals
- Guide students on suitable countries, courses and universities
- Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins
- Follow up with prospective students and parents
- Explain admission requirements, intakes, scholarships and application processes
- Coordinate with admissions and visa processing teams
- Maintain proper student and lead follow-up records
- Work towards counselling and admission targets

We’re Looking For:





- 1+ year of relevant counselling/admission experience OR freshers with solid English communication skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in speaking with students and parents
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic computer knowledge
- Interest in the overseas education industry
