As an Asst Mgr, Sales - IGM for Nashik location, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. Your keen understanding of our deep portfolio of products and belief in the value and quality they provide to patients fuels your confidence.




Area of Coverage: Nasik, Aurangabad, Ahmadnagar, Jalgaon and nearby area (Marathwada region)
What you'll be doing
Responsible for driving sales by building preference for Baxter products in the indicated district of Nashik and revenue districts around, by meeting HCPs and para medical staff and coordinating with commercial / purchase authorities and channel partners for ensuring supply and liquidation of products.
Drive awareness and adoption on Baxter products amongst Anesthetists, Super Specialty surgeons and intensive care specialists in the assigned geographies through clinical selling and driving activations.
Planning and accomplishing aligned to KPIs for achieving the forecast.
Track inventory and take timely action to avoid or minimize wastage.
Track all product and service quality related complaints and coordinate with PV & Quality to ensure formal response and closure.
