Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cold Caller role based in Ahmedabad. The Cold Caller will reach out to potential clients in the accounting and finance sector, introduce Veemi’s services, and schedule meetings or demos for the business development team. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following structured scripts while personalizing conversations, maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM tools,



and following up on leads. The role also involves identifying decision-makers, understanding basic client requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to refine outreach strategies. Consistent achievement of call targets, lead conversion goals, and adherence to professional communication standards are key expectations.
Qualifications
Robust verbal communication and active listening skills, with clear and confident telephone etiquette.
Basic understanding of accounting and finance services such as bookkeeping, tax management, payroll, and compliance.
Ability to work with CRM or lead management tools and maintain accurate call logs and follow-up schedules.
Sales and lead generation mindset, including persistence, negotiation basics, and objection handling.
Good command of English and local languages relevant to Ahmedabad-based clients.
