AI & Machine Learning Intern – Global Payroll Technology Team

About the Role

Payroll Technology is building the next generation Global Command Center, a
platform that combines payroll operations, automation, analytics, data
intelligence, and AI-powered decision support. This aligns with the team's AI &
Innovation and Payroll AI capability pillars documented within Payroll
Technology.

We are looking for passionate engineering students to join our team as AI &
Machine Learning Interns. This internship provides an opportunity to work on
real-world AI initiatives, data-driven products, intelligent automation
solutions, and next-generation payroll intelligence capabilities used across
global payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in developing and testing AI and Machine Learning models
* Support data preparation, cleansing, transformation, and feature engineering
activities




* Build prototypes for AI-powered business solutions and intelligent automation
* Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights
* Develop data pipelines and model evaluation processes
* Work with APIs, databases, and cloud-based AI services
* Collaborate with software engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders
* Participate in model testing, validation, and performance optimization
* Research emerging AI technologies and contribute innovative ideas
* Document AI solutions, experiments, and findings

Required Skills

* Strong understanding of Python programming
* Valuable knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms
* Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts
* Familiarity with data analysis using Pandas and NumPy
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Understanding of statistics and mathematical fundamentals
* Ability to learn quickly and work in a collaborative environment
