You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Content, Design, and Leadership to identify growth opportunities and turn them into measurable business outcomes.
What You'll Own
1. Growth Strategy
Develop and execute ReachStream's growth strategy across the entire customer funnel.
Identify opportunities to increase traffic, signups, activation, conversions, paid subscriptions, and revenue.
Build growth experiments across acquisition channels, landing pages, offers, messaging, onboarding, and conversion journeys.
Analyze performance data and continuously optimize the funnel.
Identify new channels, audiences, use cases, and markets that can drive incremental growth.
2. GTM Strategy
Own GTM planning for recent products, features, data offerings, pricing changes, markets, and customer segments.
Define ICPs, personas, use cases, value propositions, positioning, messaging, channels, and launch strategy.
Develop GTM plans from market research → positioning → campaign → launch → adoption → optimization.




Work with Sales to ensure marketing campaigns translate into qualified pipeline.
Develop competitive intelligence and identify gaps in the market that ReachStream can capitalize on.
3. Demand Generation
Build and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads and pipeline for ReachStream.
Work across paid search, paid social, SEO, content, email, outbound support, partnerships, and other acquisition channels.
Develop campaigns around high-value use cases such as prospecting, lead generation, sales intelligence, data enrichment, and contact discovery.
Build segment-specific campaigns for different ICPs and buyer personas.
Continuously optimize CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and marketing-sourced pipeline.
4. Product Growth
Partner with Product to improve the visitor → signup → activation → paid customer journey.
Identify friction points in ReachStream's signup, onboarding, search, data consumption, and subscription experience.
