Role Description The Operations Manager role at Enark Education is a full-time, in office position based in the Pune Division. The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day center operations, including scheduling training programs, coordinating with trainers and support staff, and ensuring smooth delivery of educational services. The role involves monitoring operational processes, maintaining quality standards, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.



The Operations Manager will handle stakeholder communication, track performance metrics, resolve operational issues, and support strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and learner experience. This role also includes supervising administrative tasks, optimizing workflows, and contributing to continuous improvement of training and e-learning operations.
Qualifications
Experience in operations management, preferably in education, training, or service-oriented organizations.
Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills to oversee multiple programs and activities.
Ability to lead teams, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and manage on-site staff effectively.
Proficiency in basic office tools and digital platforms used for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with educators, partners, and management
