Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in Ahmadnagar. The Assistant will support daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining records and documentation. Responsibilities include handling phone calls and emails, preparing basic reports, assisting with data entry, and supporting internal communication between teams. The role may also involve coordinating with suppliers and customers, organizing files and inventory-related documents,



and assisting with routine administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications

Ability to manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and record keeping.
Competence with basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and data entry.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Explicit written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external partners.
Ability to work on-site in Ahmadnagar and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Prior experience in office administration or assistance roles is preferred; experience in distribution or manufacturing environments is an added advantage.
