We are looking for an experienced Podcast Research & Content Strategist to build a high-quality Telugu YouTube podcast focused on Health, Wellness, Medicine & Public Interest topics.

What we're looking for:

3+ years of experience in Podcasting, Journalism, YouTube, Digital Media, TV Research or Content Strategy
Solid knowledge/experience in Health & Medical topics
Excellent Telugu & English communication skills
Deep understanding of Telugu audience psychology & YouTube trends
Ability to identify high-potential podcast topics and guests
Strong skills in guest research, interview preparation & storytelling
Ability to create smart,



engaging and thought-provoking questions
Understanding of YouTube titles, hooks, thumbnails & audience retention is a plus

Your Role:

Research guests & topics, develop interview strategies, create powerful questions, identify audience-driven stories, and help shape the overall content & YouTube strategy.

We are looking for someone who can understand the subject, understand the guest, understand the audience, and turn all three into a compelling conversation.
