Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Zoho Architect with 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing scalable Zoho solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for solution architecture, configuration, customization, integrations, automation, and technical leadership across the Zoho ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Design and architect end-to-end solutions across Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects/PSA, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Creator.
Lead CRM and PSA implementations, including sales pipelines, territory management, forecasting, project hierarchy/WBS, resource allocation, timesheets, job costing, WIP tracking, and budget alerts.
Develop custom modules, workflows, business rules, dashboards, and reports based on business requirements.
Design and manage integrations using Zoho Flow, REST APIs, and other integration/middleware platforms.
Implement automation for processes such as timesheet approval, billing triggers, milestone-based invoicing, notifications, and data synchronization.
Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and development teams to translate requirements into scalable Zoho solutions.
Provide technical leadership, conduct solution reviews, and ensure best practices across configuration, customization, security, and deployment.
Support data migration, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in Zoho architecture and implementation.
Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects/PSA.
Experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Books, and Zoho Desk.
Solid knowledge of Deluge scripting, REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
Experience designing workflows, custom modules, automation, dashboards, and complex business processes.
Good understanding of project management, resource allocation, timesheets, billing, and financial workflows.
