Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing existing client accounts, developing recent business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships in industries that require vacuum heat treatment and related services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospective clients, preparing and presenting proposals, coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery,



and monitoring customer satisfaction. The Account Executive will track sales activities, maintain accurate records in CRM or similar tools, and support pricing and contract negotiations in line with company policies. The role also involves participating in industry events, providing feedback on market trends, and collaborating with management to meet revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in client relationship management, customer service, and account maintenance, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
Experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical services in clear, accessible language.
Comfort with using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic office software to track leads
