Job Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out and finishing work at project sites.
- Handle site execution activities including:
- False ceiling
- Flooring
- Painting
- Partition work
- Carpentry
- Glass and hardware installation
- Electrical and civil coordination
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor site quality, safety, and material usage.
- Prepare daily progress reports and share updates with management.
- Take site measurements and verify work completion.
- Resolve site execution issues and coordinate with clients when required.
- Manage manpower deployment and daily work planning.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at site.
- Minimum 5-8 years experience in interior site supervision.
- Experience in commercial, retail, office, showroom, or residential interiors preferred.
- Ability to handle site work independently.




- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and MS Office preferred.
- Must be willing to travel across project sites in Delhi NCR.
