? We’re Hiring: Partnership Officer – Mumbai
Oasis India is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional to join our Fundraising & CSR (FR & CSR) team as a Partnership Officer.
? About the Role
The Partnership Officer will play a key role in building and strengthening relationships with corporates, donors, and communities, developing fundraising opportunities, and supporting income-generation initiatives that advance Oasis India’s mission of transforming the lives of women and children.
? Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain meaningful relationships with corporates, donors, and partners
Identify and develop new partnership and fundraising opportunities
Support the planning and implementation of fundraising and CSR initiatives
Engage with donors and corporate partners and ensure effective communication
Prepare proposals, reports, presentations, and other partnership-related documents
Contribute to income-generation and resource mobilisation efforts
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver partnership commitments
Represent Oasis India professionally with external stakeholders
? Who Can Apply?
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, with relevant experience with one or two years experience
Strong writing and communication skills with a willingness to learn
Proficiency in spoken and written English; Hindi/Marathi preferred
Good computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
A person of integrity, able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
? Location: Mumbai
⏰ Working Hours: 40 hours per week
? Reports to: Assistant Manager – FR & CSR
