The brand currently offers four flavors—Classic Cola, Lemon Lime, Citrus Orange, and Strawberry—designed to fit into an active, on-the-go lifestyle through D2C, quick commerce, and modern trade channels. Bubz aims to make functional beverages mainstream in India with aspirational, social, and cool products that evolve traditional soda without compromises or gimmicks.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site B2B Sales FMCG Manager role based in Mumbai. The B2B Sales FMCG Manager will drive sales growth by identifying,



onboarding, and managing key B2B accounts such as contemporary trade retailers, corporate offices, gyms, cafés, and other institutional partners. The role includes building and executing sales strategies, negotiating trade terms, managing distributor and channel partner relationships, and ensuring strong visibility and availability of Bubz products across assigned territories. The manager will analyze sales performance, forecast demand, track key metrics, and collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to support promotions, activations, and inventory planning. The position also involves mentoring field sales teams, conducting regular market visits, gathering customer and consumer insights, and ensuring compliance with company policies and commercial guidelines.
Qualifications
