Role Description This is a contract, hybrid role based in Delhi, India, with a mix of in office work at government departments and some work-from-home flexibility. The Liaison will be responsible for coordinating and managing empanelment processes with relevant government ministries,



departments, and agencies, ensuring timely submission and follow-up on documentation and proposals. Daily tasks include scheduling and attending meetings with officials, maintaining professional relationships, tracking empanelment status, and updating internal stakeholders on progress and requirements. The role involves preparing basic reports, maintaining records of approvals and communications, and supporting compliance with government guidelines and tender conditions. The Liaison will also collaborate with internal teams to align empanelment efforts with KLI Advertising’s service offerings and strategic priorities.
Qualifications

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with government officials and internal teams.
Experience in working with government departments, PSUs, or public-sector clients, preferably
