Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand's objectives.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to create creative social media campaigns.
- Set clear KPIs and track the performance of social media campaigns.
- Content Creation & Curation:
- Create high-quality, engaging content (including text, images, videos, and infographics) for social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design content that aligns with the brand’s voice and values.
- Curate user-generated content and industry-related posts to boost engagement.
- Community Management:
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Engage with followers and influencers to build relationships and increase brand loyalty.
- Track customer feedback and escalate issues as necessary.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report on social media performance.




- Analyze data and suggest improvements for campaigns and content strategies.
- Provide regular updates to management on social media metrics and trends.
- Paid Advertising:
- Assist in the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns to achieve the best ROI.
- Trend Monitoring:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
- Identify new opportunities for social media growth and engagement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
