Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for engaging prospective learners via calls, emails, and messaging platforms, understanding their career goals, and recommending suitable upskilling programs. Day-to-day activities include qualifying and nurturing leads, managing the sales pipeline, conducting product demonstrations, and coordinating with the operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth enrollments.



The representative will maintain accurate records in CRM systems, follow up on inquiries, and work to meet and exceed enrollment and revenue targets while ensuring a positive experience for every prospective learner.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills, including handling inbound and outbound calls and managing a structured sales pipeline.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation and prospecting skills to identify, qualify, and nurture potential learners.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to provide timely support and ensure a high-quality experience.
