To manage, maintain, and support all audio-visual, video wall, display, and conferencing systems under AMC while coordinating closely with client teams and AMC management.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain LED video wall panels & controllers
- Configure display layouts, inputs, resolutions & calibration
- Troubleshoot display, signal, controller, and mounting issues
- Ensure smooth functioning of conference room displays
- Setup, tune, and maintain audio reinforcement systems
- Configure echo cancellation & noise reduction for call center use
- Handle microphones, mixers, amplifiers & audio cabling
- Provide technical support during meetings, calls & presentations
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance & testing

Client-Site Coordination & Reporting
- Serve as onsite AV & conferencing technical SPOC:




- Coordinate with conference room users & admin staff
- Provide pre-event checks and live support when required
- Report faults, maintenance activities & system status to AMC Manager:
- Maintain service records, incident logs & PM schedules
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for advanced support if needed
- Ensure high availability and user satisfaction

Skills & Competencies
- AV signal flow knowledge (HDMI, DP, audio chains)
- Video wall controller configuration
- Audio system tuning & troubleshooting
- Strong coordination and communication skills

Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / Degree in Electronics, AV Engineering, or IT
- 1-2 years experience in qualified AV & conferencing systems preferred
- Experience in call centers / command centers preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
