To manage, maintain, monitor, and support the complete IT, networking, computing, and power infrastructure under AMC while being permanently deployed at the client’s location and coordinating with the AMC Manager / Project Manager.

- Workstations & All-in-One Desktops
- UPS - 40 KVA Online UPS & Batteries
- Power Distribution Units (PDUs)

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Responsibilities
- Monitor health, performance, and uptime of network switches (10G / 1G):
- Troubleshoot LAN, VLAN, internet, and internal network issues
- Manage network racks, patch panels, fiber & LAN cabling
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per AMC schedule
- Support installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops & AIO systems
- Diagnose hardware faults and coordinate replacements
- Monitor UPS load, backup time, alarms, and battery health
- Coordinate UPS servicing, testing, and emergency power issues
- Ensure system uptime and quick incident resolution





Client-Site Coordination & Reporting
- Act as primary onsite technical contact for the client
- Coordinate daily with Client IT / Admin team:
- Escalate critical issues to AMC Manager / Service Manager:
- Maintain daily activity logs, incident reports & resolution status
- Submit weekly and monthly health & performance reports:
- Assist during audits, inspections, or reviews
- Ensure adherence to SLA, safety, and operational policies

Skills & Competencies
- Robust networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing & switching)
- Desktop OS & hardware troubleshooting
- Basic UPS & power system understanding
- Documentation & reporting skills
- Ability to work independently at client site

Qualification & Experience
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or Networking
- 1-2 years of enterprise IT & network support experience preferred
- CCNA or equivalent certification pre
