Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design
- Design social media posts, banners, thumbnails, ad creatives, and marketing collateral
- Create brand-consistent visuals for websites, landing pages, and campaigns
- Develop carousel posts, infographics, and promotional creatives
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize campaigns

Video Editing
- Edit reels, shorts, promotional videos, and ad creatives
- Add motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and captions
- Perform color correction and basic sound enhancement
- Repurpose long-form videos into short social media content

Creative & Strategy Support
- Understand brand guidelines and maintain visual identity
- Suggest creative ideas for improving engagement and reach
- Optimize content formats for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Ads)
- Manage multiple projects with quick turnaround times

Required Skills & Tools
- Strong expertise in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator




- Video editing proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Motion graphics and animation knowledge using After Effects
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Knowledge of social media content trends and ad creatives

Preferred Skills (Bonus)
- Experience in motion graphics storytelling
- Basic knowledge of branding and performance marketing creatives
- Familiarity with AI creative tools and stock asset platforms
- Ability to handle short-form video hooks and engaging storytelling

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field (preferred)
- Robust portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
