Job Summary

Baseline is seeking a skilled Junior Architect with hands-on experience in industrial and commercial projects. The role involves architectural planning, detailed drawings, coordination with consultants, and site support from concept stage through execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and working drawings for industrial and commercial buildings.
- Prepare GFC drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and 3D views using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project teams for design integration.
- Participate in design discussions, revisions, and technical coordination meetings.
- Conduct site visits to verify execution as per drawings and resolve design-related issues.
- Review shop drawings and material submittals.
- Maintain compliance with local building bye-laws, NBC, fire norms, and statutory requirements.




- Support documentation for approvals and client presentations.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in industrial and commercial architectural projects.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp (Lumion / Enscape preferred).
- Good understanding of building codes, detailing standards, and construction practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
