Job Summary:
The Kindergarten Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic development of young children. The role involves planning age-appropriate lessons, fostering creativity, and encouraging positive behavior.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate educational activities
- Promote early literacy, numeracy, and social skills through play-based learning
- Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom setting
- Observe and assess children’s progress and developmental needs
- Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians
- Support children’s emotional and behavioral development
- Ensure classroom cleanliness,



safety, and organization
- Collaborate with school staff and follow curriculum guidelines

Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Prior experience working with young children preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude
- Knowledge of child development principles
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
