Key Responsibilities

Lead Management

Receive and manage incoming enquiries from India MART and other online portals

Qualify leads and assess customer needs

Customer Communication

Provide accurate product/service information

Share quotations, brochures, catalogs, and technical details

Handle customer objections and negotiate basic terms

Follow-ups & Conversion

Ensure timely follow-ups on all enquiries

Convert leads into orders or meetings for the field sales team

Maintain proper follow-up status and conversion records

Coordination

Coordinate with production / logistics / accounts for order feasibility

Work closely with field sales or management for high-value leads

CRM & Reporting

Update lead status on India MART CRM / internal CRM

Maintain enquiry, order, and follow-up data

Prepare daily/weekly enquiry and conversion reports

Customer Relationship

Build long-term relationships with customers

Handle basic post-sales communication if required.

Required Fluent English and Good Communication.

I want to be fluent in English and have valuable English communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
