- Counsel clients regarding visa options for countries like USA, UK, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
- Handle walk-in clients, inbound/outbound inquiries, and leads.
- Understand client requirements and provide accurate visa guidance.
- Convert leads into confirmed sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Maintain proper records and documentation for clients.
- Coordinate with documentation and processing teams.
- Stay updated with visa rules, immigration policies, and market trends.
