Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors, internal teams and external partners to ensure timely supply, proper documentation and smooth flow of goods.
- Manage daily delivery coordination, ensuring accurate dispatches and resolving supply-related issues promptly.
- Troubleshoot quick commerce discrepancies, including incorrect quantities, date issues, SKU mismatches and return-related concerns.
- Record, verify and update supply data accurately to identify gaps, shortages and improvement areas.
- Monitor inventory levels across quick commerce platforms and support replenishment planning to avoid stockouts and overstocking.
- Track order fulfilment performance, highlight operational bottlenecks and support corrective actions.
- Assist in demand and supply planning by analysing supply patterns and platform requirements.
- Coordinate with warehousing/operations teams to ensure accurate picking, packing and dispatch processes for quick-commerce orders.
Qualification & Experience
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain management, planning, logistics or a related function.

Key Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external vendors.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with supply chain management software (ERP systems, SAP, etc.) is a plus.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
