Job Summary
- Teachers with a rich teaching experience in Creative / Design Ability who can connect with students well and make the classroom learning interactive and engaging.

Responsibilities and Duties

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Should possess excellent teaching and mentoring abilities, strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
- He / She should be a graduate or post graduate from NID / NIFT or other premier colleges in Design.
- Should have taught Creative / Design Ability for aspirants of design for at least past five years with a proven track record of student selections into NID / NIFT / IITs.
- Should be able to design mock test papers on par with UCEED / AIEED examinations.
- Should be open for continuous learning and training processes.
- Principles of Design - concept to be one of the key parts of teaching.
- Elements of Design - to be taught as Basics.




- Drawing and Visual concepts to be taught as per Competitive Entrance Exam Requirement:
- Drawing Fundamentals, Memory Drawing, Design, Colour Concepts, Perspective, Proportion and Composition, Colour Associations and ability to create Designs from inspiration, Observational Skills and others.
- Conduct Practice sessions of sample papers of NID, UCEED, NIFT, CEED.
- Portfolio guidance and portfolio making.
- Interview Preparation - Mock interview, discussion of questions usually asked during the interview and interview tips from expert.
- Students to be prepared for Studio Test or Situation Reaction Test to be conducted for NID /NIFT entrance.
- Clay/ 3D modeling needed to be introduced to students for practical test.
