We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our café team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages according to café standards
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management
- Handle customer questions, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and service standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required

Required Skills & Qualifications




- Previous barista or customer service experience preferred (training can be provided)
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and beverage preparation is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Basic math skills for handling cash and payments
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
