- Regular contact & engage with the entire referral channel (Doctors, Specialist and Surgeons ) through personal visits, events, communication, etc.
- Customer relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with customers and target audiences
- Marketing strategy: Developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals and to increase OPD visitors.
- Visiting nearby industries (To meet Corporate HR/ Admin heads for tie-up for Pre-employment/Annual checkup of employees.)
- To offer on-site check up for Industries/factory workers.
- Doing cold calling & identifying sales opportunities.
- Marketing campaigns: Planning, organizing, and overseeing marketing campaigns, including advertising, social media, and events (To take care of all the publishing material of the hospital eg. information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials with the help of designer under guidance of Dr Vishal sir)
- To search for potential areas for placing Health Care Camps.




- Contribute in Home care service facility, making Health Check up Packages, Surgery packages etc
- Execute in detail the various Marketing activities eg. CMES, Workshops, Camps, Patient Education Program, health awareness campaigns, media exposure and publicity campaigns etc.
- Setting up of camp location prior to camp timings.
- Communication: Communicating with the media, community, and internal teams
- Arrangements of staff, doctor, nurse, drivers and other attendants for the camps.
- Conducting society activities for promotion of various hospital specialties
- Carry out presentations & speeches to clients at meetings and dedicated events.
- Collaborate with Other consultants & encourage them OPD consultation at hospital.
- Develop creative approaches and sponsorship income packages.
- Create and maintain a database of referring doctors, Hospitals, Clinics etc.
