Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound sales inquiries
- Promote and sell company products/services over the phone
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details in CRM
- Follow up with interested prospects and existing customers
- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales
- Provide feedback to management on customer responses and market trends

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
- Minimum qualification: Graduate

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: Moti Nagar
