Hindi Telecaller - IDFC Bank Process

Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers on behalf of IDFC Bank
- Communicate clearly with customers in Hindi
- Explain banking products such as Loans, Credit Cards, and Account Services
- Handle customer queries and provide basic support
- Achieve daily calling and performance targets
- Maintain accurate customer records in the system
- Follow bank processes and compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
- Strong Hindi communication skills are mandatory




- Prior experience in Telecalling / BPO / Banking process is an advantage
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Basic computer knowledge required
