- Graduate (Any Stream):
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to interested leads for insurance products
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Deliver a smooth and positive customer experience




- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
- Escalate complex queries to the concerned team when required

Desired Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence in customer interaction
- Basic understanding of sales or customer handling (training provided)
