Role Overview

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Product Research Intern to support our Product team. The intern will work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to conduct market, user, and competitive research that directly influences product decisions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and competitor research related to risk intelligence, compliance, and B2B SaaS products
- Research customer pain points, use cases, and workflows:
- Support product requirement documents (PRDs) with data-backed insights
- Analyze industry trends, reports, and regulatory updates
- Assist in feature benchmarking and gap analysis:
- Prepare research summaries, presentations, and documentation
- Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Tech teams for inputs

Eligibility / Skills Required




- Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA / BBA / Engineering / Product / Business / Analytics or related fields
- Solid research, analytical, and problem-solving skills:
- Good understanding of B2B products or SaaS (preferred)
- Ability to structure insights clearly in docs and presentations:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, PowerPoint

Nice to Have
- Interest in Product Management:
- Exposure to market research, consulting, or business analysis:
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, Confluence, or Figma (basic)
