We are a bootstrapped AI consulting startup with a small, highly experienced technology team and strong expertise in RAG, Document Intelligence, Agentic AI, Enterprise AI and Automation.

We are looking for an ambitious Strategic Partnerships & Business Development Manager who can take our AI capabilities to the market, build relationships, create opportunities, and help convert them into business.

What Will You Do

· Build relationships with technology and business leaders across Bengaluru, India and global markets.

· Connect with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of AI/Data, GCC leaders, founders and enterprise executives.

· Identify business problems where AI and automation can create measurable value.

· Pitch our AI capabilities in simple, compelling business language.

· Build partnerships with technology companies, SaaS vendors, cloud providers, consulting firms and system integrators.

· Attend industry events, AI forums, conferences and executive networking sessions.

· Generate new opportunities and manage them through Discovery → Solution → Proposal → Closure.





· Work closely with founders and technical leaders during customer and partner discussions.

What We Are Looking For

3–8 years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Partnerships, Consulting, SaaS, Cloud or Technology.

More importantly, you should be:

· A strong relationship builder and confident communicator.

· Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable creating opportunities from scratch.

· Curious about AI and capable of understanding technology quickly.

· Comfortable meeting senior executives and discussing business problems.

· Able to translate technical capabilities into clear business value.

· Focused on outcomes, pipeline and revenue — not just networking or meetings.
