We’re looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to join the team for an International F&B; outlet at HiLITE Business Park, Calicut.

This is an prospect for someone who enjoys leading teams, managing operations, delivering great customer experiences, and building a strong store culture from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations
- Lead, train and motivate the team
- Maintain food quality, hygiene and brand standards
- Ensure excellent customer service
- Manage inventory, stock and wastage
- Monitor sales, cash handling and daily reports
- Manage staff schedules and attendance
- Handle customer feedback and operational challenges
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the outlet

What We’re Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in QSR, Café, Restaurant,



Bakery or F&B;
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good understanding of store operations and inventory management
- Customer-focused and well organised
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Flexible to work weekends and holidays when required
