Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Thiruvananthapuram, responsible for leading store operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role includes overseeing daily store activities, managing staff scheduling and performance, and ensuring visual merchandising and brand standards are consistently maintained.

The Store

Manager monitors sales performance, drives revenue through effective product placement and upselling, and manages inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and shrink control. The role also involves implementing retail loss prevention measures, maintaining store hygiene and safety,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Manager coaches and motivates the team, conducts regular training, and collaborates with regional leadership to meet store targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Robust store operations and leadership skills, including Store Management and team supervision in a retail environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with proven ability in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction initiatives.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers, mentoring team members, and coordinating with management.
- Experience implementing Retail Loss Prevention practices, including shrink control, cash handling, and compliance with security procedures.
- Prior experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail supervisory role, preferably in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands.
- Ability to analyze sales reports, set action plans, and meet or exceed store KPIs and targets.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Comfort with basic retail systems and POS technology; familiarity with omni-channel or multi-brand retail is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
