Role Description The Store Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhinagar, responsible for day-to-day management of the company’s stores and inventory. This position involves maintaining accurate stock records, overseeing material receipt and issue, and ensuring proper storage and labeling of components and finished goods.

The Store

Executive will coordinate with production, purchase, and dispatch teams to support smooth workflow and timely availability of materials. Additional responsibilities include periodic stock audits,



updating inventory systems, monitoring minimum stock levels, and supporting compliance with internal controls and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Inventory and store management skills, including stock tracking, material handling, and documentation.
- Operational coordination skills to work closely with production, purchase, and logistics teams.
- Basic computer and ERP or inventory software skills for data entry, reporting, and record keeping.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience in store or warehouse operations, preferably in engineering or industrial manufacturing.
- Knowledge of safety practices and compliance related to storage and handling of industrial materials.
- Minimum qualification of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in commerce, logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.
