Job Title: Store Audit Executive – Orders & Billing (Retail Operations)

About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Audit Executive to manage end-to-end order and billing audits across our 18+ store network. You'll be the checkpoint ensuring every order, bill, and payment collected at our stores is accurate, accounted for, and reconciled — protecting revenue and catching discrepancies before they become problems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Audit daily store orders against billing records and POS entries
- Reconcile payment collections (cash/UPI/card) against recorded sales
- Cross-check order counts, garment counts, and pricing for discrepancies
- Maintain and update audit records/trackers in Excel
- Flag mismatches, missing bills,



or collection gaps to management
- Coordinate with store managers to resolve discrepancies
- Prepare periodic (daily/weekly/monthly) audit summary reports

Requirements:

- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas — non-negotiable)
- Positive with numbers/maths and attention to detail
- Basic accounting knowledge (debit/credit, reconciliation concepts)
- Prior experience in audit, accounts, or billing roles preferred
- Tally knowledge is a plus
- Honest, process-driven, comfortable with repetitive detail-checking work
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting preferred
