Job Title: Store & Client Experience Executive (Luxury Jewellery)

ORNAZ is a leading luxury diamond jewellery brand known for creating exceptional engagement rings, solitaires, and fine jewellery. We are looking for a polished, customer-focused qualified who can become the face of our store, deliver an elevated client experience, and drive sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a warm and luxurious in-store experience.

Represent the ORNAZ brand with professionalism, confidence, and strong product knowledge.

Understand customer requirements and guide them through the jewellery selection process.

Convert store visits into sales through effective consultation and relationship-building.

Manage customer appointments, follow-ups, and inquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

Maintain the overall presentation, cleanliness, and readiness of the store at all times.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer servicing and order fulfilment.

Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.

Support day-to-day store operations, inventory coordination, and basic administrative tasks.





Achieve individual and store sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Well-groomed, confident, and customer-centric personality.

Strong sales aptitude and ability to build rapport with clients.

Comfortable handling high-value luxury customers.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Workspace, and WhatsApp Business is preferred.

Prior experience in luxury retail, jewellery, fashion, hospitality, or premium customer service is an advantage.

- Ability to independently manage store operations and customer interactions.
