Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Stibo STEP Developer / Technical Lead to design, implement, and support enterprise‑wide Product Information Management (PIM) and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Stibo Systems STEP. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, and integration teams to build scalable, high‑quality product data platforms.

Key Technical Responsibilities:

- Strong Handson experience with Stibo STEP Workbench and Web UI
- Requirement analysis, Design implement and manage MDM frameworks across the organization
- Support development and maintenance of endtoend data lineage across key business systems and Processes
- Strong knowledge of Stibo STEP and Translate business requirements into STEP data models, workflows, business rules, IIEP, OIEP, EP and User Roles & Permissions etc.
- Define product hierarchies, attribute models, classification, taxonomy, and inheritance strategies.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and lifecycle management across product domains.
- Support data onboarding from multiple source systems and syndication to downstream channels (Commerce, Marketplace, ERP, etc).




- Develop and optimize STEP Java Script extensions / custom modules, Import/Export Manager (IEM) configurations, STEP APIs and integration services
- Expertise in workflow design Business Processes approval workflows
- Ability to configure Business Rules validation rules triggers and web UI components
- Proficiency in STEP Imports Exports Bulkupdates and scheduled batch jobs and data onboarding frameworks
- Experience with scripting languages used within STEP Java JavaScript / Java-based customization in STEP
- Strong understanding of MDMPIM concepts governance and lifecycle management
- Create technical documentation, solution design artifacts, and operational runbooks.
- Experience in handling highvolume product catalogs and large datasets
- Integration & Platform Skills such as REST / SOAP APIs, XML / JSON / CSV processing, CI/CD & release management exposure
