About the RoleAs part of our upcoming Hindi market launch, we are looking for an experienced Hindi Market Mentor & Lead who can build and deliver high-quality financial education content while also leading the mentor team.
The role requires strong practical market knowledge, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to simplify complex financial concepts for learners. The person will also be responsible for contributing to syllabus development and building the mentor team as the Hindi business scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and high-quality live and recorded financial market sessions in Hindi.
- Explain complex financial concepts in a simple, structured and learner-friendly manner.
- Curate and develop course syllabus, learning modules and session plans based on learner needs and market requirements.
- Cover key market segments including Equity, Derivatives, Options, Mutual Funds and other relevant financial market areas.
- Create strong on-camera educational content for courses, social media and other learning initiatives.
- Bring practical market experience and real-world examples into the learning experience.
- Lead, mentor and manage the Hindi mentor team as the business expands.
- Set quality standards for content delivery and mentor performance.
- Work closely with the business and content teams to continuously improve the Hindi learning experience.
- Stay updated with market developments, trends and relevant regulatory changes.
Candidate Requirements
- 5–10+ years of experience in financial markets.
- Strong practical experience across multiple market segments, particularly Equity, Derivatives and Options.
- Proven positive P&L; / practical trading experience.
- Strong ability to curate and structure a syllabus and convert market knowledge into a transparent learning journey.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, particularly on camera.
- Ability to make complex financial topics simple and easy to understand.
- Excellent Hindi communication skills.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills, with the ability to build and lead a mentor team.
- High ownership, positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in financial education, training, content creation or mentoring will be an added advantage.
