Job Summary – Java Lead (Spring Boot & Microservices)

- Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Architect and enhance microservices-based systems ensuring high performance and reliability
- Actively contribute to coding, debugging, and optimizing backend solutions
- Own end-to-end delivery from system design to production deployment
- Prepare and review high-level and low-level design documents
- Design RESTful APIs and distributed systems architectures
- Work on database design and optimization for SQL/NoSQL databases
- Implement caching (Redis) and messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Ensure security, fault tolerance, and system scalability
- Collaborate with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and support CI/CD pipelines
- Participate in automation, infrastructure improvement, and DevOps practices
- Handle production support, incident management,



and root cause analysis
- Ensure system uptime and adherence to SLAs/SLOs
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, conducting code reviews and design discussions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to drive project success
- Promote and implement engineering best practices and standards
- Stay updated with Agile methodologies and participate in sprints
- (Positive to have) Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, performance tuning, system optimization, and knowledge of design patterns/DDD
- Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field
- (Preferred) Domain experience in telecom, OTT, fintech, or large-scale product environments
