Job Summary (List Format):

- Lead the design, development, and scaling of high-performance backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
- Architect and implement microservices-based solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Actively participate in coding, debugging, system design, and performance optimization.
- Own end-to-end software delivery from design through to production deployment and support.
- Design REST APIs, distributed systems, and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Implement caching (Redis) and messaging systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ) for robust, fault-tolerant applications.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, conducting code reviews and facilitating technical discussions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps)



to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure operational excellence by managing production issues, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Drive engineering best practices, coding standards, and promote Agile methodologies.
- Required: 10–15 years of software development experience; proven expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and team leadership.
- Desired skills include familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes, high-scale environments, design patterns, and domain experience in telecom, OTT, fintech, or large-scale systems.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
