Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- 8 years of experience in software development.

- 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.

- 5 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases.

- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

- 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.

- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.

- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.

- Familiarity with distributed systems and managing multi-dimensional data at scale.

Responsibilities

- Mentor engineers on the team, and own and launch features end-to-end. Provide technical leadership on projects, and influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.

- Design, code, launch, and land customer-facing features (E2E tech stack). Oversee end to end ownership of high ambiguity projects.

- Oversee mobile app development and backend development. Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

- Produce high quality code with engineering.Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.

- Solve some of the toughest scaling problems. Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
