Property

Expert is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing end-to-end real estate transactions across residential and commercial segments. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting property consultations, site visits, and negotiations to support clients in making informed decisions. The Sr.

Property

Expert will build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and corporate clients, while ensuring high standards of customer service and timely follow-up. Daily activities include market research, preparing property proposals, coordinating documentation,



and working closely with internal teams to close deals efficiently. The role also includes achieving sales targets, representing Brickfolio’s brand values, and providing accurate, transparent information to all stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction, presentation abilities, and relationship-building capacity.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction, responsiveness, and qualified conflict resolution.
- Candidates should possess in-depth Commercial Real Estate knowledge, including leasing, investment assessment, and corporate client handling.
- Candidates should possess solid Residential Real Estate understanding, including buyer consulting, property evaluation, and local market awareness.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, such as lead conversion, negotiation, pipeline management, and target achievement.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in real estate consulting or brokerage, familiarity with regional property regulations, proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, and a bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, conduct frequent client meetings and property visits, and maintain a professional, ethical approach in all transactions.
