About the RoleWe’re looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Senior Performance Marketer to own user acquisition and revenue growth across digital channels.

You will have end-to-end ownership of performance marketing strategy, campaign execution, budget management, e-commerce growth and optimization, with a strong focus on scalable and efficient customer acquisition.

? Key Responsibilities

- Own and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
- Drive customer acquisition and e-commerce revenue through high-performing digital campaigns.
- Manage significant advertising budgets with ownership of CPA, ROAS and LTV.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce performance across key channels, particularly Meta and Google.
- Build and optimize full-funnel marketing strategies, from campaign setup and ad creation to conversion.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with creative,



design and content teams to improve ad creatives and landing-page conversion.
- Develop performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.

? Ideal Candidate
- Graduate from a Tier-1 institute — IIT, NIT, IIM or equivalent.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Experience in a high-growth B2C, E-commerce or OTT company.
- Must have managed monthly campaign budgets of ₹1 Crore+.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads and GA4.
- Strong understanding of tracking and attribution models.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

⭐ Good to Have
- Experience in a fast-paced 0-to-1 startup setting.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
- Passion for emerging technologies such as AR/VR.
