SRA/LA - Syndicated Loan & Withholding Tax - Chennai - 4 Years We are looking for a LoanIQ Support Analyst with 5-12 years of experience in banking and financial services, particularly across syndicated lending and loan servicing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LoanIQ and strong exposure to interest, fee and withholding tax processing. Experience in production support, functional support or loan operations will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Supporting syndicated and corporate loan servicing activities using LoanIQ.
- Processing and supporting withholding tax activities related to loan interest and fee payments.
- Managing interest processing, accruals, rate-related transactions and interest payments.
- Supporting bank fee processing, including partial fee transactions and applicable tax treatment.
- Investigating and resolving LoanIQ transaction, cash, settlement and processing exceptions.
- Coordinating with agent banks, lenders, operations teams and internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Reviewing loan notices and transaction details to ensure accurate processing in LoanIQ.
- Performing reconciliations and resolving breaks related to loan cash flows, interest, fees and tax deductions.
- Supporting production issues, functional testing, UAT/SIT and system enhancements as required.
- Following operational controls, SOPs, SLAs and risk and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

- Having 4 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, loan operations or loan servicing.




- Having hands-on experience with Finastra LoanIQ / Loan IQ.
- Having experience in syndicated loans, agency lending, corporate lending or wholesale lending.
- Demonstrating experience in interest, fee, repayment, rollover, drawdown and other loan lifecycle transactions.
- Having exposure to withholding tax / WHT processing in a lending or banking environment.
- Having knowledge of bank fee processing, including partial or tax-applicable fee transactions.
- Demonstrating strong reconciliation, exception handling and problem-solving skills.
- Having good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with ACBS, WSO, Solvas or similar loan platforms will be an advantage.
- Holding a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Banking, Business Administration or a related discipline.
