Sr. Technical Project Manager

Overview

Senior Technical Project Manager role leading complex technical initiatives across distributed systems, data platforms, and cloud environments. Responsible for end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs while partnering with engineering, product, and business stakeholders. Emphasis on hands-on technical capability, identity systems/data domains, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale technical programs across multiple teams and geographies

- Define program scope, milestones, and success metrics with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
- Drive delivery of data platforms, cloud initiatives, and customer-facing technologies
- Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Provide program reporting, including executive-level updates on status, risks, and outcomes
- Improve operational efficiency through best practices in programme governance and Agile delivery
- Coordinate vendor and partner engagements as needed
- Enable effective collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- All other duties as assigned





Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in Technical Program/Project Management
- Proven experience delivering complex, distributed systems or data-driven platforms
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS), APIs, microservices, and data engineering concepts
- Hands-on technical capability (scripting, automation, or development experience required)
- Experience with identity systems, identity resolution, or related data domains
- Strong understanding of data accuracy, quality, and integrity principles
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
