The Senior ServiceNow Developer leads complex development tasks and platform architecture design. They act as a technical SME and mentor for junior developers while ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable, performant ServiceNow applications and integrations
- Lead complex scripting and business rule implementations
- Perform code reviews and enforce development standards
- Act as a platform SME to guide decision-making and best practice adoption
- Engage in architectural planning and contribute to platform roadmap

Key Skills:
- Expert-level ServiceNow development experience (server/client scripting, integrations, APIs)
- Deep knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, HRSD)
- Experience with Flow Designer, Script Includes, Glide APIs
- Robust understanding of platform architecture and data models
