Job Summary (List Format): Senior Salesforce Integration Specialist

- Location: Bangalore – Manyata Tech Park (5 days Work from Office)
- Work Hours: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm (flexibility required; 4-hour US EST overlap)
- Experience: 7-10 years (7+ years in Data Integration, 4+ years with Informatica and Salesforce)

Key Responsibilities:

- Integration Architecture & Development
- Lead design and implementation of integration flows using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)
- Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations via REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Streaming APIs
- Connect Salesforce with external systems (SAP, Oracle, Snowflake, AWS) using Informatica connectors
- Technical Strategy & Governance
- Select and implement optimal integration patterns (Real-time, Batch, Pub/Sub, etc.)
- Build error handling, alerting, retry, and data reconciliation frameworks
- Ensure secure integrations (OAuth 2.0, JWT, encryption at rest/in transit)




- Performance & Optimization
- Optimize integration processes for high-volume data while adhering to Salesforce limits
- Architect near real-time event-driven integrations using Salesforce Platform Events or CDC

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 7 years' experience in Data Integration
- At least 4 years' hands-on experience with Informatica (IICS/PowerCenter) and Salesforce
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Apex, Outbound Messaging, and Data Model
- Advanced SQL skills for data transformation and troubleshooting
- Deep understanding of APIs (JSON, XML, WSDL, RAML)

Additional Requirements:

- Must work onsite at Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore
- Adaptable to overlap with US EST business hours for 4 hours daily
