- Lead the functional design and implementation of the Quote-to-Cash environment using Salesforce CPQ.
- Serve as the primary architect for product catalog, pricing structures, and quoting logic.
- Design and maintain complex product bundles, dynamic options, and configuration attributes.
- Build and optimize price rules, discount schedules, and summary variables for advanced pricing automation.
- Create and manage guided selling prompts and product selection rules to enhance quoting accuracy.
- Utilize Salesforce Flows to automate CPQ processes such as opportunity syncing, contract generation, and renewals.
- Design and maintain skilled quote templates with advanced formatting and styling.
- Implement and manage advanced approvals, including parallel and complex approval chains.
- Perform complex data loads and migrations for CPQ configuration objects,



ensuring relational integrity.
- Use Excel or Google Sheets for data transformation and cleansing before data import.
- Export and report on quote and line-item data for finance and sales analysis.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions prioritizing configuration over custom code.
- Manage data governance and migration of CPQ configuration data across environments.
- Audit existing CPQ instances to reduce technical debt and improve performance.
- Troubleshoot complex pricing and product validation issues.
- Apply expert-level knowledge of the Salesforce CPQ data model and calculation sequence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, declarative solutions.
